Pros

Some of the people, free snacks/soda, games room

Cons

The most toxic work environment I have ever experienced. Unless you are a senior manager you are treated badly. Hours are ridiculous and you are made to feel replaceable and insignificant. The rate of staff turnover says it all. Also, look zero flexibility with remote working, everybody is back working in the office 5 days a week because senior management don’t believe/trust employees are actually working at home.
