Pros

The company is still relatively small, but has big name success under its belt. The people are absolutely phenomenal - intelligent, ambitious, fun. It's why I come to work. Castlight has its sights set on a big vision that, unlike many companies, it could actually achieve. Unlimited PTO is a great perk that is judiciously used across the organization.

Cons

Lack of a unified vision across upper management regarding who we are as a company No decision rights - even informal - in place, which leads to slow decision-making and massive amounts of wasted effort Lots of emphasis on growing the company - but what about the people?

Pros

Had some really close friends at this place, the people were my favorite part of the company. I think this is a great place to get some experience as an engineer. You'd probably only want to stay here if you want a nice, cozy job. If you want stock grants that might grow, maybe go elsewhere.

Cons

The company just seems to be treading water. It probably won't go bust, but I can't see it really growing either.
