Pros

There's a healthy level of team cohesiveness and support. Compensation is good. Good opportunities for growth and to make an impact. Knowledge sharing and mentoring is encouraged.

Cons

Stock price. Some team and systems have been slow to adopt newer technologies. This isn't a big con it seems like for the most part they've had good reasons to stick w/ some of the older technologies within their stack. I think if there was more revenue and engineering staff more tech stack updates would probably occur.

We just didn't ship product and would future sell deals that would hurt our roadmap and ability to execute.

-Amazing company culture. The people are genuinely nice, which is extremely rare for a tech company. -Flexibility. Ability to work remote, or at other worksites occasionally if it's easier for you. -Great benefits. -People don't throw their titles around.

Cons

The people are so wonderful, it makes it hard to ever leave the company.
