Some good perks, flexibility of working hours, general care for wellbeing, good customer base, nice product offering, focus on customer success, some (not all) good salaries, inter department collaboration.

Cons

letting people go to fast, immature leadership, lack of stability, strongly opinionated voices, exhaustive workload, slow moving career plans, salaries.
