Pros
The enviornment is comfortable which is very condusive to free idea sharing and collaboration resulting in quality deliverables. The work can be challenging which makes the days go by very quickly. Time off is very flexible.
Cons
The pay raise structure is rigid and un-appreciating. Exceptional work and dedication is rewarded with more work and responsibility. The monthly budget must be met which means weekends and holidays are at stake. Work-load is unevenly distributed. Some leadership has no interest in leading and others lead with a microscope.
