Pros
They do sometimes provide free breakfast and lunches. And they pay isn't bad.
Cons
Top management are salesmen, not leaders. They do not know a strategy from a tactic.They are great parroting business-speak but in the end they do not deliver what they say they will. You will find a lot of schoolyard type politics and bullying. The principals stay they same, management changes constantly.

Pros
Great boss - mentored and taught me alot. Family environment. Dog friendly. Loved my job, my boss and all the people there. Quarterly staff meetings give all employees a pulse on where the company is going.
Cons
Hard to come up with any. More communication from the top down would be welcomed by all.
