Pros
I've worked for quite a few tutoring companies that operate as third parties within schools and I have to say this is my favorite. Catapult Learning is extremely professional in how they communicate with the school and you as an individual employee. They are very responsive to emails and will not hesitate to reach out to the school to solve any problems. They also provided very clear expectations of how the school should interact with you as a third party contractor. While I did not have any issues with the school I know many tutors that are asked to do responsibilities outside of their job description. The staff are very warm and welcoming!
Cons
The only negative I would have to say is that their roles are mostly contract based. Which is totally fine, but it would be nice to have guaranteed placement for the next upcoming year. While you do not have to reapply, the nature of being a part time employee that works full time hours comes with it's cons.
