Well not really much to say at the moment except it depends on your manager if you’re having a good a school year.

Cons

They hire new people and take schools / hours from the veterans have been there 4 to five years. The managers do not care about the teachers because hey, they still get their salary. I can’t wait until this lady retires either this year or next year. ( maybe then the my feelings will change) I’ve had great managers in the past but this one has no bedside manners.

Terrible pay, virtually no support from management, only concerned for billable hours. Told me to skip my lunch to meet billable hours
