Pros

I was able to pay my bills.

Cons

I was teaching K-8 Math and Reading and worked with very minimal breaks, asked to do unpaid overtime, and constantly called into meetings with management because I could not meet outlandish expectations. Additionally, my work-from-home accommodation was denied during COVID. I was told I would have to use my PTO to cover me if I didn't feel comfortable working in person and there was no solution as to what would happen once my PTO was used fully.
