Pros

- Getting to work with small class sizes - Flexible Hours - Fair hourly rate.

Cons

- Multiple requirements for paperwork and compliancy elements which have little to nothing to do with actual teaching. - Confusing messaging from within the company on requirements and responsibilities. - Responsibilities beyond what is disclosed in the original job description. - Little to no training. - Poor quality curriculum materials (typos, incomplete for a high school education) - Inadequate prep time for the amount of materials and paperwork required.

Pros

What pros? Oh, they feed you from time to time.

Cons

Temp take over a year to convert. Management is sloppy and unorganized. The little man always takes the fall!
