Pros

they graduate kids whether they can read or not

Cons

they cut pay and benefits 3 yrs in a row and the teaching reflects it. A really bad place for everyone all around. garbage school, send your kids anywhere else.

Pros

I worked at/for Catapult for four years. I loved it. I loved the flexibility. I loved the independence. I was happy with the pay. The lesson plans were structured.

Cons

The students got out of it what they put into it. I know students came in and just expected to walk out with their credits without doing anything to earn them.

Catapult learning is a overall good company, but it is not somewhere that one can pursue a career at.

Cons

Very week communication, little to no employee engagement/communication, some employees are very rude
