Pros

Catapult Learning’s mission to support students in need is inspiring, and many colleagues truly care about making a difference. I enjoyed collaborating with dedicated, compassionate teammates and appreciated the flexibility of remote work. The role helped me grow my curriculum and instructional design skills through real-world projects.

Cons

Onboarding and training were minimal, leaving new hires to figure things out on their own. Organizational roles and responsibilities were often unclear, which created confusion and overlap. Communication from management sometimes felt inconsistent or misleading, which made it hard to trust decisions and stay aligned. High workload expectations without proper support increased stress and burnout risk.

Pros

Flexibility and benefits are ok

Cons

Nepotism and Favoritism. They like you when you’re a part of their Cliques. Experience was very off putting.
