Pros

- Helpful supervisors - Welcoming staff - Paid training days - Paid days for continuing education hours - Very flexible and will work with you if you have something going on - Monthly office hours where you have a scheduled meeting time with your supervisor to go over everything at your schools - Good pay - Mileage reimbursement ($0.50/mile, higher than most reimbursement rates)

Cons

- Travel times to schools may be a lot depending on where you live - Possibility of working at multiple schools (could be 2 or 3 schools)

You get to truly teach without the administrative and bureaucratic issues. Good pay and benefits.

Cons

Lots of documentation but once you learn it, it's fine. Better when you are not trying to work while you have young children.
