Best Job!

Pros

The best part of the job is my time with students! This is why I became a counselor, and it's refreshing to spend my day working with children, teachers, and have time to consult with families. My supervisor really cares about the children, the program and the staff. Positive working environment and supportive management.

Cons

The salary is lower than my previous job, but I have a much better work-life-balance.
