They have a fun summer program where you can make a a good sum of money.

Cons

Lack of communication regarding teaching positions and work hours Pay not matching with the time of work teachers put in since now they eradicate the bonus pay and training pay.

The curriculum and training is great!

Cons

No raises in years of hard work. The DEI initiatives have created a culture of exclusion rather than inclusion. Only people of color will be promoted or hired to upper management positions. The introduction of micro aggression has created a perfect storm to dismiss all white people.

-Good hours if you have children in school

Cons

-Only 2 paid days off; unpaid for holidays/school closing -When school closed or teachers/students are online day, you can't work/are unpaid -Shocking how little training there is for what you encounter -Culture and values are unclear, other than making a profit because it does seem cheap toward employees
