The district is challenging to work with. The specialist role was not clarified on the client end before the start of the contract, so there has been a mismatch of expectation compared to what Catapult advertised. For example, the client changed the job locations after Catapult posted the position; they are not the same number of sites or days per week, and the sites are further from home. There has also been a mismatch in understanding about the role of the specialist and how much autonomy they have to work with teachers.

Onboarding was very disorganized with vital information left out. Very disorganized and no response from mangers regarding questions.
