Pros

-Good hours if you have children in school

Cons

-Only 2 paid days off; unpaid for holidays/school closing -When school closed or teachers/students are online day, you can't work/are unpaid -Shocking how little training there is for what you encounter -Culture and values are unclear, other than making a profit because it does seem cheap toward employees
