Supportive engineers but poor culture and average pay

Pros

Interesting work. Capable, talented, supportive engineers.

Cons

Poor culture, especially toward women. Preferential treatment to managers friends is everywhere. Pay is average. Support is good when money is pouring in, cancelled the second that profits flatline (bearing in mind they are still making billions a year).
