      Very good company, but very political

      Good pay. Good challenges and jobs to do. You can make a difference.

      Cons

      There is a lot of politics, and if you are a mid-career hire you are not valued as much as someone who has been there since university. The politics create fiefdoms, and they can be toxic at times.
