Pros

Great compensation. Some benefits are better than others . Work culture depends on the team you’re with but my experience has been that I’ve had great management who put a lot of trust and faith into their employees.

Cons

Limited PTO when you first start with the company

Pros

I have an amazing manager, a fun team, and I've learned a lot in this role. It's a big company so there are so many people to learn from. There are many opportunities to take on new roles. It is usually expected that you switch roles every 2-5 years to keep growing and learning.

Cons

The culture at the company has dramatically changed in the last two years. It has become a culture of surveillance and chaotic urgency without prioritization from senior leaders. They also eliminated all DEI efforts last year, which reflects the old-school, conservative values of our leadership. Senior management is out of touch with what workers need to thrive, recommending we hire help to mitigate work-life balance stressors as we returned to the office, all while freezing pay.
