      Pros

      Good job if you like/need overtime

      Cons

      They don’t pay much, but you trick yourself into thinking you’re making good money because they let you work a ton of overtime. It’s nice if you need to make a couple extra bucks, but you end up working yourself to death

      Pros

      - Huge organization, tons of opportunity to advance beyond the role you were hired in at - They are a global leader and have the potential to make some really amazing things happen - The teams are very large and nobody seems to be stretched too thin

      Cons

      - They move their headquarters frequently, which causes a lot of ambiguity and anxiety on if you are going to have to move with it - Office politics are fierce, you play by the rules or you get weeded out quickly - Everything is ridiculously siloed; there is almost zero collaboration within a function, let alone cross-functionally

      Stability High performance culture Good compensation and benefits Well defined job roles Promotional paths and openness to cross-division transfers to gain experience

      Cons

      In many ways they haven’t updated their employee experience with the times. Very business focused, not people focused. Growth opportunities only open to those willing to relocate across the country or world (growth is not available for remote employees).
