Should have provided food, cab facility and improve on resource management

My experience with this company was, unfortunately, very disappointing. During the probation period, there was a complete lack of feedback or any constructive communication—no indication of what needed improvement or any opportunity for development. It was all the more surprising when, just one day before the end of the probation period, I was informed—without any prior warning—about the termination of our cooperation. The onboarding process was chaotic and lacked a clear explanation of responsibilities. Throughout the probation period, I did not receive any feedback or guidance on what or how to improve. Communication was minimal, and instead of support, the cooperation was abruptly terminated just a day before the end of the probation. A professional approach was clearly missing.
