      Pros

      Caterpillar is one of the top paying employers in central Illinois.

      Cons

      -Lack of integrity within mid to upper management at this location. -WAY too many layoffs. -Some managers operate as if the company owns you 24/7 (even when you're on vacation, emergency medical leave, etc.) just because you're a management employee. Work/life balance was talked about at one time, but not practiced. Now they don't even talk about it anymore. -It's almost cliche to say, but you really are just a number that's disposable.
