Awesome location downtown Chicago. Using state of the art cloud technologies and tools. Using modern software development practices. A lot to learn from Sr Technical Leaders. Sr management understands how software should be developed. Flexible work schedules.

Cons

Deadlines and deliveries are tight. No beer on prem.

Pros

Work for a fortune 100 company, great benefits, great people (not including executive leadership).

Cons

Cyclical business and executive leadership is not focused on people. There is no job security and employees live in fear that in every down turn their job could be eliminated. Need to be prepared for this risk if considering working here.
