Pros

Other people that work there. And Benefits are ok

Cons

Wages well below and for amount paid you are expected to perform without proper training, lack of maintenance support and management. Maintenance is expected to perform electro/ Mechanical work on equipment with no prints, machines have been modified without documentation. Maintenance are not given any technical training on new equipment or sent out for technical training at manufacturing companies who are supplying equipment newly installed into the company. They don't supply you tools and youn are expected to install build, a new and Modify new equipment. Maintenance personnel are not CPR certified and required to do electrical work and confined space with no CPR certification. Maintenance is worked understaffed. They are trying to hire Journeyman at $27 dollars an hour who expected to electrical reactive work, electrical repairs and installations, mechanical reactive installs to un clogging a toilet. And for the maintenace personnel that works there and there is standard practices to keep seasoned and experienced maintenance personnel and operators it's a very sad sad place to work. It has no vision of operational personnel or maintenance personnel, to grow and gain knowledge and to succeed.
