Pros
The Company is amazing & the pay is great, the staff is wonderful and understanding and I definitely enjoyed my time at Caterpillar Inc. I would definitely recommend it to those who are looking.
Cons
They have quotas as far as goes that people are required to meet a per hour and after doing 246 picks per hour and mandatory overtime every day; you burn out literally as your numbers decline and write up can incur. Mandatory is required daily, and quotas are expected to be met no matter the other duties you are assigned. During my time there we were understaffed and expected to meet growing demand while wearing other job hats which led to a high turnover rate and an even greater demand for higher quotas. I believe that they are in the process of addressing this issue with corporate; however, I just got burnt out.
