union shop not like the union really represents or stands behind their members like in the past. the president of the union hall likes to drink at the hall when he is so called working. I was told if I became a union stewart that I would not be retaliated against. After I became stewart i started getting wrote up for going to the bathroom and other trivial things. next thing i know they tell me to go home that im suspended and that hr would get a hold of me. the union did nothing but lie to me and cost me my job and caterpillar just wanted me out because i would not play by their curropt practices.
