Pros

BOD is very good and company makes sound strategic decisions. Work life balance. My manager was driving uber and walking dogs during work hours as a side hustle so definitely not anything you cannot handle

Cons

People are all from Peoria and are best and worst of Peoria. Management is very poor. Coworkers are not too smart or professional. Promotes only within and most promotes family members, friends or children of hire ups so in return you get promoted later. Very small town vibe. Higher management uses r- word for example to describe other coworkers. My coworker had an affair with married man inside our office facilities and she was proudly sharing this information. Not for smart or educated people. Don’t go unless you are intern from Peoria. Vibe of badly rated middle school not corporate environment.
