Pros

- Work policies are common for employees all around the world, and the well being of employees is held high for everyone equally. - Doing the right thing the right way is being developed as a culture. - Promotes personal development. - Good clarity on company's direction of growth and objectives. - Quality work is generally recognised and appreciated.

Cons

- Haven't had to deal with something that can be termed 'super interesting' yet. - Employee Engagement Activities feel like those are just for name sake. - Yearly hike generally beats the inflation, but not by a good margin. - Interestingly, have encountered a reasonable number of closed minded employees in different departments, in India, leading to a feeling of toxicity. And management seems to stay silent, not proactively trying to make the work environment welcoming to cultivate a growth mentality.
