Good pay and benefits as well as a company that pushes quality, safety, and diversity with a strong customer focus.

Cons

Like many other companies we had to deal with increasing cost for medical coverage as well as declining coverage!

Pros

Gained amazing experience working with an international company. Looked great on my resume working for a fortune 50 company! My time there was well spent and i am very confident in my new position because of the skill i acquired in Peoria.

Cons

The pay was mediocre and the location was terrible. Peoria is very little fun. The headquarters had no character very old building.

Money was not bad at first, and use to be a great place to work for.

Cons

No time for training, Safety issues out the butt, advancement not unless you blow really well. You wonder if you have a job every day because they walk people out for no reason. Raises that's a joke haven't had one going on 3 yrs, But CEO gets a big one as well as the share holders. Lack of communication between management and hourly and then there is the nasty word called Quality. Get it out the door at all cost, but don't forget the Quality what a joke. Get it out the door as quick as you can forget about the Quality it will get fixed in the field and we will get our stiff bonuses. This is the Cat mentality.
