Pros

Some ie very few of the people are compansionate and fun to work with.

Cons

Supervisors do NOT treat everyone fairly and are VERY political ie give unfair bad reviews so employees are not promotable and promote less qualified people as personal favors.

work/life balance benefits package interesting work caterpillar looks good on resume

Cons

Global Mining Division is in very poor condition employees dissatisfied with management caterpillar cares too much about stock holders with no bonus to employees as result stuck in old/large company mindset with no innovation or tolerance for new ideas
