Pros

Good pay, resume builder, reasonable healthcare, LOTS of overtime

Rolling layoffs, 10 hr work days / 4 days a week, multi-month mandatory overtime, in-fighting between managers, unwarranted write-ups on hourly employees for manager mistakes. Near miss accidents not getting reported.
