      can be lazy...delegate work to others even at engineer level and take credit

      Cons

      middle management is pathetic and incompetent. Immigration team is extremely racist, arrogant and incompetent. Not an immigrant friendly company. No growth for immigrants for 10-12 years under the name of GC. the immigration team cannot pass job markets so no GC either. Middle management taking advantage of this situation.CEO is only concerned about his pay package and shareholders. No concern for employees.

      Pros

      Generally good values and professional environment. Hard work is recognized and rewarded fairly. I've had many different jobs within the same company and enjoy coming to work every day.

      Cons

      Big company means a lot of bureaucracy. Having to live in Peoria is a big con. World-class business's HQ is in a very blue-collar, red-neck, conservative small town.
