Pros

- Interesting Equipment - Good Salary - Some travel - Hands on work - Your design ideas count

Cons

- The company is almost too big. There are too many people in departments that do not have accountability or a vested interest in the product being successful. They ultimately hinder the product and the bottom line. - All divisions work independently; therefore, ideas, technology, and knowledge are not shared among the engineers of the different divisions. - Lake of accountability from upper management. They just move to a different division if they are not successful. - Unstable, lots of layoffs. - There is a lot of training on ethics, but ultimately the investors are more important than the employees and the costomers.

Pros

Good work life balance. No compulsion to work on weekend

Cons

Business is very cyclical and therefore too many ups and downs.
