Pros

Good compensation, fairly normal stress levels, customer oriented approach ... Provide some employee engagement at workplace/community ... hold focus on strong financial performance

Cons

Slow decision making, autonomous, does not foster results / achievement ... senior management is not involved in understanding projects/needs and many decisions do not benefit the bottom line of the projects and damage customer relations ... no unity of strategic directions

Pros

Money and benefits are good. Lots of time off including week of Christmas/New Years

Cons

Systems and processes are awful. Not many people seem to know fully how to accomplish things. Lots of meetings, but not a lot being actually done. People seem more concerned about their next job/promotion than actually doing their current job. Everything seems to take a long time to get done, including something as simple as mapping a printer: could take days working with IT.
