Pros

Large, global company with endless available opportunities. Management is supportive, and coworkers are pleasant to work with.

Cons

Sometimes overly complicated processes can be the bottle neck of progress. Sometimes need to argue logic to avoid lengthy litigation of previously investigated issues.
