      Pros

      Interesting product, mostly involved people, continuous improvment mindset through 6 Sigma and Caterpillar Production System, career path (only when all lights are green)

      Cons

      Some top management do not take all their responsabilities and can easily switch during tough times, difficult times to switch to Gen Y and be more agile in our processes, slow company to move forward, really difficult time with business trends and cycle, especially mining being down, worldwide restructuring, people development still weak besides internal trainings

      Good policies, work culture & values. Exposure to new technologies and vast range of products. Visibility while working in major projects and recognition. Decent hike and bonus based on performance annually.

      Cons

      Decline in sales revenue in recent years. Not anymore the top payer in the market. Restructuring, cost cutting & consolidation of work forces around the globe. Attrition is high recently due to competition as there are many good offers & opportunities available to explore.
