Pros

Highly honest company in all dealings with dealers and customers and employees. Very good company culture. Good pay and benefits. Management does what is says it will do. Very stable company.

Cons

Few perks. Not many company cars, reserved parking spaces, no trips to win. They stick to cash rewards.

Pros

The industry is not volatile so it provides more job security than say the automotive or airline industry. Business is growing.

Cons

The workload can be a bit daunting. The work life balance is not the best. Average salary according to most.

Pros

Great opportunities will be presented to those who want to apply themselves, learn about new issues, and expand their boundaries. You will likely work with a diverse and global team on challenging assignments, but there is plenty of opportunity to make a personal difference and be rewarded appropriately.

Cons

As with any global company, there are always many layers of approvals and bureaucracy to get somewhat simple efforts accomplished.
