Pros

Pay and benefits very competitive, brand recognition, looks good on a resume, size enables company to negotiate nice discounts for employees, depending on the CEO - there is some political clout to a company that employs so many people worldwide

Cons

Too large so many employees get overlooked: highly effective don't get their due, poor contributors keep their jobs,. Management is do as I say, not as I do. There is politics galore. The "values" don't mention politics but it should. Where is transparency?
