Pros

- Managers trust their reportees. - One gets enough space to work on his/her ideas. - Zero micro-management. - Facilities are taken very very seriously. - Hardware is never an issue. You get what you want with minimal red tape. - Extremely genial co-workers. I was surprised to see the level of courtesy extended to each employee. - Company takes care of its employees. I have genuinely liked my time here.

Cons

- Salary is structures badly. CTC and monthly salary are horribly out of sync. - Slow to change.

Pros

Focus on people safety and developing people opportunities are high. Employees have privilege to move across other divisions and can gain various domain knowledge. Work life balance is manageable. Compensation is good. But annual increments calculation are little screwed.

Cons

Politics is high. Career development is poor as they hav limited spectrum of growth hierarchy. HR lacks to balance between employee and employer.
