Pros

Very friendly atmosphere. American culture. People do not stay in the same job for more than 3 years.People is relaxed and they do train you. Career planning is well executed, HR policies are better than elsewhere (even if HR itself does not count much, as everywhere). I have seen respect for some older managers who could have been fired but was pushed in other positions (it does not happen in every company...).

Cons

Career can go slow, not too much responsibility, it can take years to be taken seriously. They say it's a flat company but it's a joke... very hierarchical.
