Pros

-Still a big name -Competitive Salary -Respectful/Polite atmosphere

Cons

-Career development is very poor. Business units don't encourage promotion outside the unit. -Management hears but don't listen. This from Employee Opinion Surveys results. -Employees are not pushing to common goals, rather their personal goals -They don't invest in employees, no training -Peoria IL is a very boring/bad place to live

Pros

Excellent global brand with tremendous reputation that we back up with our values in action each and every day. Goos job security.

Cons

Too reliant on expensive and increasingly uncompetitive Dealer channel to reach our valued customers. Compensation package is becoming increasingly uncompetitive.
