      Pros

      This is an International company, I can't give my Pros, because it could be base it on the location I was working, and it is the same for the Cons.

      Cons

      In Panama, they are hiring people just base it on a University Diploma, and the majority of this people do not have any experience, and base it on that they are giving the Management position, with out checking the true of their background, and it is very discourage to have a supervisor with bad reputation and dirty history.

      Pros

      Started as a shopfloor helper, expirienced at many fields of job such as factory foreman, engineer, buyer, facility planner, quality, 6 sigma black belt, division manager and now I am a departement manager. A lot of travels both local and overseas in developing my career. Very good teamwork and work environment. Overall this is a very good place to work.

      Cons

      This kind of industrial is always faced up and down turn business, as a corporate policy stated that the enterprises cash flows is always healthful in whatever business turbulences.
