Pros

Very Stable Job, very slow pace.

Cons

Discourage new ideas, too strong union culture. Extremely difficult for outsiders to join at mid-level or even senior management level. You have to start when you are fresh graduated.

Pros

Employees receive 6% match on 401K investments and the health insurance plans are quite adequate. Additionally, the company does provide compensation for overtime when applicable.

Cons

The company has no regard for work life balance. During the "trough" period they said no raises or bonuses, but some loopholes have been provided for individuals to recieve stock bonuses and raises.

Pros

Great Finance experience to put on your resume. Employers love to see a Fortune 500 Company and hear you talk about your experience with Six Sigma and working for a large global company.

Cons

Many people working there are too busy trying to protect their own jobs to really care about co-workers. Little chance of being hired on full-time for quite awhile.
