Pros

Excellent talented people, great ideas and products. The company is well structured, the brand awareness among consumers is very high and people feel very proud about working for Cat. There are opportunities to work overseas on international assignments.

Cons

It can take you longer than other places to get promoted, senior management seems to be relatively older compare to other companies
