Pros

Decent benefits, 401k, quarterly bonuses

Cons

They tend to over work the decent workers and allow others to stand around. They hire people with no skill or background in this type of work and who can not keep up with the work pace or expect others to always come and do their jobs for them. Supervisors turn a blind eye to non compliance, and tend to promote on the basis of politically correct not on merit and hard work. They tend to hold annual raises and incentives.
