Not what I was expecting

Pros

Competitive benefits that exceed industry standards, strong culture, and opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Management pressures you to find different opportunities within the company every couple of years, and the longer you stay in your role, the more stress you will experience. They will look for the smallest ways to shame you or even let you go if you continue to stay in your role. Some of the systems and processes I used are not transferable to another company as they are in-house. Training documentation is not a standard practice as my supervisor had to start my documentation from scratch shortly before I started. There was never a clear answer on the reasoning behind the RTO policy. It seemed to be a last minute decision done by the Executive Office that came as a surprise to most employees.
