Upper Management at Caterpillar have lost touch with the working people and they have lost touch with the ideals and values of the solid Midwest companies. Caterpillar blatantly lies about opportunites for advancement. Caterpillar has total disregard for state labor laws. Will blackmail employees whenever possible. Caterpillar has no concern for employee satisfaction. If your unhappiness saves Caterpillar a penny, you won't be happy.
