Pros

Great People, Products, Dealers, and Customers. Culture is positive overall, with some growing pains. Innovation is increasing and potential is great. Global diversity. Overall good company with a promising future. Great career paths and opportunities.

Cons

Industry impacts the company, but that historical and common knowledge. People not always a high enough priority. Some employees do not do their best. Communication on strategy and tactics not always clear enough. Work / Life balance at times a concern. Reduction in benefits is concerning.
