      Pros

      Great benefits, competitive pay, and fair work life balance

      Cons

      They are wanting everyone back in an office 5 days a week and requiring relocation for many roles. If you’re open to both, I say go for it.

      No pros if you are agency employee and mostly 80% employees are through agency

      Cons

      No work life balance Too much work load No support from management Monitoring office hours Last minute plans, no proper planning by PO’s managers Management not good at what they are doing Employees are hired from agency’s and all the time grinding I see people getting burnt out with work Weekend and early morning support most of the times and no comp off for it
